We want you to love your jewelry. If something isn't right — returning it is easy.

14 days to return

You can return or exchange an item within 14 calendar days of delivery, as long as it is unworn and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned in case of a manufacturing defect.

How to start

Email info@aleniti.ge with your order number and reason. We'll send you return instructions. Your refund is issued via your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the item.

Warranty

Every piece carries a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage or changes caused by improper care.
