How long does delivery take?
Regular orders: 1–2 business days within Tbilisi and 2–3 business days to other regions.
Pre-orders: The preparation time will be confirmed individually. Once your piece is ready, delivery takes 1–2 business days within Tbilisi and 2–3 business days to other regions.
Can I return an item?
Yes — within 14 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn and in its original packaging. Email info@aleniti.ge to start a return.
What are the pieces made of?
All pieces are crafted from 925 sterling silver. Silver-tone pieces are finished with a rhodium plating, while gold-tone pieces are finished with an 18K gold plating. All materials are hypoallergenic and nickel-free.
How should I care for silver jewelry?
Store it dry, in your ALENITI pouch. Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, and chlorinated water. Polish with a soft, dry cloth. See our care guide for the full details.
What does the packaging look like?
Every order arrives in an ALENITI gift box with a jewelry pouch and a thank-you card — at no additional cost.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a confirmation email after placing your order. The courier will call you before delivery. For any question, message us with your order number.
