How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 1–2 business days in Tbilisi and 2–3 business days across the regions. Shipping is free on orders over 150₾, otherwise 5₾.
Can I return an item?
Yes — within 14 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn and in its original packaging. Email info@aleniti.ge to start a return.
What are the pieces made of?
Every piece is crafted from 925 sterling silver. Gold-toned pieces are plated with 18k gold. All materials are hypoallergenic and nickel-free.
How should I care for silver jewelry?
Store it dry, in your ALENITI pouch. Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, and chlorinated water. Polish with a soft, dry cloth. See our care guide for the full details.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, every piece carries a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty doesn't cover damage caused by improper care.
What does the packaging look like?
Every order ships in an ALENITI gift box with a silk ribbon, a jewelry pouch, and a thank-you card — at no extra cost.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a confirmation email after placing your order. The courier will call you before delivery. For any question, message us with your order number.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by card online (TBC), in cash on delivery, or by bank transfer.
